BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
BEST TIME TO SCHEDULE:
Schedule your appointment 1-3 days before your event!
Tans take 24 hours to see the fully developed color.

GETTING OTHER SERVICES DONE?
We recommend that mani/pedis, facials, massages, and waxing be done at least 18-24 hours prior to your appointment.

DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Shower, shave, and exfoliate!
Please avoid using soaps/lotions with parabens, sulfates & mineral oils.
Please avoid these brands: Dove, Bath & Body, Dial, Ivory
Brands to use: Method, Native, Aveeno, Cetaphil,
or BODY by Stay Golden Sunless.

If applying lotion overnight, please make sure to rinse off at least a few hours before your appointment.
DO NOT SHAVE OR EXFOLIATE THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT!

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Please leave your skin “clean”. This means free of lotions, deodorant, perfume, and makeup.
If wearing makeup and deodorant cannot be avoided, makeup remover & warm prep towel will be provided.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR SESSION

CLIENT CONSULTATION:
Let's chat about what you're getting your tan for! You're desired color, figure out your skin tone/type and what solution will be best for you!
FOR YOUR SESSION:
You will be provided a warm prep towel to wipe off any oils, deodorant or makeup.
Our prep towels will not only clean your skin, but they will balance your skin PH before the tanning application starts.
Wear anything that you will feel comfortable in.
We do provide disposable thongs, pasties, strapless bras, hair ties and hairnets.
Please note that anything you wear will leave a tan line!
We do ask male clients to wear boxers or shorts.

YOUR SPRAY TAN
Barrier cream will be applied to dry areas (hands, elbows, knees, etc)
​
Your actual Tanning session will last about 15 minutes!
Our technicians are trained and certified to ensure you have the most even and natural looking results!
​
After your session is complete, your technician will wipe off dry areas to ensure the tan doesn't pull darker in those spots.
​
Your tan will be blended and finishing powder will be applied to minimize any sticky feeling.

​WHILE YOUR GETTING DRESSED
We will talk about your aftercare instructions and give you an aftercare card with your shower time.

Answer any additional questions before you leave and make sure you are using the proper aftercare products that are safe for your tan.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

Avoid getting wet. This means no sweating, washing your hands or face, and staying out of the rain/snow.
​
​TIME TO SHOWER
Use your hands to guide the bronzers off your body and rinse for 4-5 minutes.
​
You may not see your fully developed color at this time, please up to 18-24 hours after tan to see full color.
​
When showering, avoid the use of washcloths, loofas, and exfoliants to maintain best results.
​
Pat dry with towel after shower.

WHAT PRODUCTS SHOULD I USE?
Using spray tan safe products will ensure the best results.
​
To extend the life of your tan, moisturize after every shower and as needed.
​
Avoid products that contain alcohol, sulfates, mineral oil and parabens.
